Wonder if he could pardon the terrorist that sent bombs to people to be his next chief of staff.

FOX News admits Trump's attacks on the media are a problem.

Turns out, we're part of the media
Okay okay, here's the real quote.

“I think it's a problem. I don't love – that's a bad phrase. I think it's – we're all trying to do our job,” Bret Baier said on CBS Tuesday when asked about Trump’s referring to mainstream media outlets as “the enemy of the people.”

"I think it's part of the deal, as you guys know. Listen, we're trying to call balls and strikes. If we can do that every day, be fair to him, but also cover the news fairly to all sides, that's what I'm trying to do," Baier said, adding that the network takes the broadsides “in stride.”
See, there's your problem, right there.

"The bolded is FOX News lying?"

No. Well, maybe. But the bolded is, being fair means calling out Trump for his mistakes. For which, Trump calls you the enemy of the people, a traitor, and that you're lynching him.

So it took losing Shepard Smith for them to finally be like, "maybe we're part of the mainstream media too "

As such, the next candidates that promises to investigate *every* Trump appointee will have my vote. There needs to be a serious anti-corruption investigations and prosecutions. IF there's any chance of restoring faith in government.

I'm fairly certain at this point that the suspected leverage over Graham is a real thing. The guys is trash to be sure, but the "stuff" everyone in DC knows he's done is the only way I can explain all of his behavior.

Only question is, does Trump know and is using it to keep Graham on a leash or is someone else doing that for him?

They probably have him caught in a compromising situation with some male escort or something. That or pedophilia.

Because the universe has a sense of humor and a symmetry to it, I'm going to guess it was with a subordinate or Congressional pages.

Because what Season 3 of this terrible miniseries we're all living in truly needs is the plot twist of Lindsey-fucking-Graham to be destroyed by the thing he played an active part in Impeaching Bill Clinton for.

But more seriously, I just thing Graham is a reptile, who doesn't want to be primaried from his right. When McCain was a great leader among Republicans, he was a sidekick. When McCain died, he dropped him because dead men do him no favors. And now that Trump is the great leader, he's trying to find a new patron.

Susan Rice telling it like it is.

Susan Rice: Lindsey Graham is "a piece of shit"

"Right, because Lindsey Graham isn't just a piece of shit now," Vietor said before Rice interrupted.

"He's been a piece of shit," she said. "He's a piece of shit."

    LOL, the best part.
"Susan Rice, who was a disaster to President Obama as National Security Advisor, is now telling us her opinion on what to do in Syria. Remember RED LINE IN THE SAND? That was Obama. Millions killed! No thanks Susan, you were a disaster," Trump tweeted.

Rice later responded to the president on Twitter, writing: "Then why did you come up and hug me at 2015 WHCD when I’d never met you (which was totally gross) and whisper in my ear that I had been 'very unfairly treated' over Benghazi and 'was doing a great job for the country'?"
But soon after Mr Xi secured a third term, Apple released a new version of the feature in China, limiting its scope. Now Chinese users of iPhones and other Apple devices are restricted to a 10-minute window when receiving files from people who are not listed as a contact. After 10 minutes, users can only receive files from contacts.
Apple did not explain why the update was first introduced in China, but over the years, the tech giant has been criticised for appeasing Beijing.

It’s official. The US has achieved quantum supremacy!
In a collaboration between the Trump Admin, @google and UC Santa Barbara, quantum computer Sycamore has completed a calculation and 3 min 20 sec that would take about 10,000 years for a classical comp. #QIS

Well we are here folks. I guess Trump actually was personally responsible for a scientific breakthrough.

For some of you please look at Ivanka's replies. They are pretty great.

Great now we can keep track of the national debt!

I should be annoyed that she believes this is something that the Trumps had a hand in in any way, but really I'm just annoyed at "classical comp". I don't know why, but that annoys the piss out of me.

We live in a country where news anchors still define things in terms of library card catalogs so their audience can make sense of it.

It reminds me a lot if Gremlins 2, where there's a "smart building" with voice assisted commands but they still use punch cards to clock out of their shift.

NBC News has a new article suggesting that Trump might shut down the government to protest his impeachment.

    "How will that help?"

The theory, backed by several cited experts, is Trump would blame this on the Democrats. I can't see how that will work.

Most of these spending bills -- in fact, due to McConnell's actions, most bills of any kind -- start in the House first and get to the Senate second. In order for Democrats to be blamed, McConnell will need a Senate-approved set of bills that the House will vote down on, and he has until Nov 21. He'd better hurry.

But that would be McConnell, not Trump. For Trump to shut down the government, he'd need something to cross his desk, and fail to sign it. Considering nothing gets to his desk without going through the Senate first, blaming Democrats seems pretty questionable.

There's also the fact that, if the House and Senate don't agree on spending bills, we typically get a short-term Continuing Resolution. Considering how the last spending bills have gone, every single Democrat will sign one. The GOP will either have to defend their position ("Because the Democrats were doing their job, I chose not to do mine") or give it to Trump, who again, won't be able to play the "Democrats don't want security" when he signed the spending bills the CR would prolong.

"Okay, if it's such a bad move, why is this a headline article?"

Because Trump is both vengeful and unpredictable. Nobody cited, including WH officials and GOP lawmakers, would rule it out entirely.

And that's the Trump administration in a nutshell. Nobody, even Trump allies, will rule out a spectacularly stupid idea. Because Trump.

He can't be prosecuted but Mueller's investigation proves he can be investigated.

    Trump's lawyer is wrong.

.... I'm not convinced that Trump didn't actually shoot someone, considering how many times he's brought it up now. That's a mighty strange hypothetical to keep repeating...

I'm sure its just fantasy, he's as likely to shoot someone as he is to run into a school unarmed while an active shooter is loose.
