Patch 8.3 PTR - Corruption Ranges to Become Static in Next Update
Ion Hazzikostas revealed that the corruption values found on Corrupted Gear on the PTR will no longer have ranges that they can drop with, but have a static value.

I hope that corruption improvements in the next build include getting rid of the ranges, otherwise critics will eventually wise up and see this as the real layered RNG component
Yep, agreed that having random ranges for those values will just be a source of frustration. These will be static values in the next PTR update. We got in a pretty rough version of the system just to start getting early feedback; lots and lots of iteration to follow. (WatcherDev)

No, and I am not sure why people are responding to you stating that it was. The only mounts that were phased out thus far have been the Grinning Skullreaver, Swift Windsteed, and Armored Bloodwing, along with some pets and the transmog helmets. If this mount WAS phased out, then I would have had it in my mount journal, because I bought that "Last Chance" bundle when it was on sale. But I do not!

A quick search on Google for "world of warcraft last chance bundle" confirms this.

So no healer is allowed to be better at healing than Resto druid? Seems quite a lot of BS. Also what get's better is just fistweaving, not Mistweaver in general. And that's not a playstyle everyone wants to do.
