It doesn't give a clear answer, it only states the spirit vanishes or something like that. That's not a definite answer. That could mean whatever Blizzard wants it to mean. Ner'zhul could come back if they want him to.

Metzen outright said Ner'zhul is done, he won't be back.

They would have to retcon this in order to bring him back.

It's definitely not a straight copy of the logo, or a reversal. The edgework is completely different. People are probably only just realising that all the WoW logos are the same shape and size.

The reversed search just shows Legion logos tho - not any wow logo.

Nothing. But I'd bet not having the right security on his network login sure would, though. No way is some random security guard going to have access to confidential expansion files. That's not how IT departments in companies the size of Blizzard work.

If it’s fake, it’s remarkable.

Probably not actually a security guy, but it’s a narrative that’s plausible while hiding his real role in the company.
