Cooking / Fishing Daily quests??

Hello all, it has been a while since I posted here, but I recently started messing around with Classic WOW, and have a question....
I am curious at what level do they start to offer the daily Cooking / Fishing quests, and are they available in UC?? My character is now at level 11, and there are no dailies showing up anywhere in UC that I can see. Am I just too low level to have these quests there, or are they just not offered anywhere except for Org??
IF that is the case, how can I get to Org then??

Not certain if I understand this post, but I do know that it is, of course, not a helpful response i any way, as I would have assumed trying to get answers from WOW players....

This has been a very confusing thread. Answering the OP's question with "no, there's no daily quests in classic" is apparently rude trolling.
