I know it's annoying and unfair OP, but you're far less likely to be kicked like that compared to how many people act like idiots so they can get kicked on purpose to avoid the deserter buff.

You're literally refusing to read what I say. If a tank DIES after overpulling, i kick them. Because whenever that happens, they always do it again because they have the mentality of something stupid like "Oh I just didn't click this ability fast enough" then die AGAIN. So when a tank gets destroyed by a group they pulled, I kick them so I don't have to deal with that idiot doing it again.

Every healer I've queued with either kept the people alive that pulls large groups or managed to put out decent enough DPS so that they weren't viewed as worthless.
Depending slightly on the tank, but tanks likely bring more DPS than the DPS and more healing than the healer. Unless you're an AoE DPS with the proper setup.

I'm sure all the thousands of people who farmed neck 70 by pulling the whole island at once and AoEing it down just imagined it.
Snarky: Adjective - Any language that contains quips or comments containing sarcastic or satirical witticisms intended as blunt irony. Usually delivered in a manner that is somewhat abrupt and out of context and intended to stun and amuse.
If you get kicked, I don't think there should be a deserter buff. This is a case of punishing the few for the actions of many, however. If Blizzard can't program it with enough detail to know who's abusing it and who's not, unfortunately everyone gets the shaft. Lame, I know.
There is absolutely a reason to que as a healer. I've main healed a few expansions, and I really enjoy it. I don't want to play DPS, I want to heal. Just because I heal as my preferred method of playing doesn't mean I disrespect other players by queuing for content that allows me to. By healing they can pull bigger packs or pull more frequently. You're just flat-out wrong here, pal.
It is disrespectful to kick a healer because you're in a hurry. Be nice and accept that not all players enjoy playing DPS, or may simply not be in the mood for it. I don't have to "respect" other players when it comes to my spec. I can be respectful in many ways, and I usually am, but catering to the selfish wants of others in a video game is not a matter of respect.
Well you let the group die from 1 more pack. Why ? you can pull like 30 mobs and still be fine in tw. You deserve to be kicked and and hopefully think about what you did wrong.
i dont like deserter buff, and others bans from hots,overwatch...you cant do what you want.and i like freedom,i want can leave when i want, without ban.some times,i dont want wait to finish the bg some times is big time...etc....every day less freedom....
but you,gg,pre purchase all fast,no new hero classes,np,prepurchase fast.is better than sex.
In islands it takes one asshole initiating the kick. If the person being kicked isn't from the same guild, most people will blindly just click yes. So....no. It has nothing to do with majority. Once again, if you think healers in IEs is toxic then you're literally one of the worst kinds of players.
A group of players kicking individuals out like this causes more trouble to said individual than any AFKing player can by being able to reque after being kicked.
The guy who gets kicked out will reque and everyone will move on, whereas this way a player has to wait for the debuff to expire, being wrongfully blocked from accessing the finder.
In reference to OP; they should definitely remove the deserted debuff for players who get kicked out of a finder party. It defies the very meaning of the word deserter, not to mention how it makes no sense that players are unable to que for another group just because the previous one got them removed.
