I really get the feeling that GameFreak was panicing, trying to rush it out the door at the last minute. Hopefully upper management puts their money to good use and expands the team before the next development cycle starts.

I know some people think there wont be a version 2 since move tutors are usually a feature in those. I can only hope they re-add every pokemon since its already clear as day that they lied.

TRs basically replace move tutors already.

And the second game of even generation/first generation on new hardware is always a remake. So Diamond and Pearl next year, Sword and Shield will be left incomplete

SciresM has succesfully imported Omastar into SwSh.

Give it few weeks and hackers will have modded full nat dex into the game.

Pokémon gives handful of Pokemon special signature move animations.

Digimon does same for all of the 340 Digimon. Some of them have multiple signature moves, so the total amount of animations is way above 340.

I had no idea there were decent alternatives to Pokemon on the current market im less mad now because i thought Pokemon had the whole market covered when it comes to monster trainer games.
This Digimon game is perfect for me and a perfect fit.

Its not only the insane amount of different animations.
Its the story, the grown up tone, more mature audience.
I think im simply a Digimon Fan now...i even like the monster designs better.

Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth is a mix of Persona, Pokemon, Shin Megami Tensei...but with a little bit more "text" than usual.
I dont mind the text though.

Honestly, that post Val made a few pages back with the guy saying they just messed up their transporter is making more and more sense. All the data is there. It really does seem like they simply screwed up their transporter program. Especially given the slew of other coding issues we are seeing.

That Omastar is a Let's Go model, not SuMo. All of the models seem to be in, but missing pretty much all their moves / stats, etc.

Including old unused data in an application isn't unheard of in the software industry, in fact it's quite common.
