What I wonder is why all fuckups from Ukraine and airline are ignored?

So lets assume it was rebels that shot plane (its highly plausible, but investigation was completely one sided with Ukraine was not even considered as possible shooter). It was a war zone, it wasn't first plane to go down, yet Ukraine didn't close airspace there and airline didn't bother to re-route plane? Flying over war zone where both sides have missiles capable of shooting planes at high altitude is not normal.

Plane wasn't supposed to be there in first place, yet it was and nobody got punished for flying plane there.

Whole thing is too politicised and designed to pin blame on one side, completely ignoring everything else.

Skroe pointed the blame at Russia and/or the "rebels" (who are functionally a wholly owned subsidiary of Russia), not the Ukrainian military.

His hypothesis is that either the stupid rebels or stupid Russians (which it was doesn't particularly matter) couldn't tell the difference between a civilian passenger jet and a military cargo jet.

He conviniently doesn't make Ukraine one of suspects, they had the most to gain.

There's two factors to it, firstly Ukraine expected whoever shot down the Antonov transport would be able to either correctly identify a Boeing-777 or at least distinguish it as commercial air. Secondly they were greedy and didn't want to lose the revenue from the airspace.

The day MH-17 was shot down the Ukrainian government knew with 100% certainty that the separatists were operating Buk units in the area, because they had overrun the Ukrainian air defence positions in the area, stolen their Buks, and used them to shoot down one of their Antonov transport planes.

What lies Russia told Ukraine and Whether or not Ukraine were foolish enough to believe them is irrelevant really, they already had enough information to know the separatists could shoot down airliners if they were incompetent enough and should have closed the airspace.
