Peter Sellers, of course. I prefer the master over the disciple.

I have to repeat that one: A man seeking redemption helps a poor man to recover a long lost relic.

And that one: A daughter's choice startles her californian liberal parents and her future in-laws.

A boy helps a foreigner to make a call home.

Twelve convicted party poopers invite themselves at a german Fest.

    E.T.

Murderous jester gets defeated by the power of bullying.

Cold-hearted orphan saves sister from her cold-hearted boyfriend.

Teen tries to escape her helicopter mom who planned this all along.

It Chapter Two to be exact but yeah.
Don't know Cold body warm heart, not the one I was thinking of.

Man has a voice in his head that gives him super powers. (I accept two answers to this one, bonus points for getting both or finding other movies I didn't think of)

A repeat with added detail from page 14 list.

After the death of his brother, a decorated Army veteran returns home and decides to take on the local Crime Boss. Concurrently, an award-winning criminal gets out of jail but has difficulty adapting to changing fashions.

An aged magic-user is sought out for the purpose of slaying a Troublesome dragon. The magic user finds a novel way to travel to the dragon's location.

A group of aspiring "going to be" International criminals co-opts an underage individual into joining them in their efforts.
