Yeah, to be honest I was glad they kept it so close to the original material rather than try something new. Twileks always looked kind of fake and makeup-y in Star Wars, that's just how they look. Better than just having humans everywhere in every role, that's for damn sure.
I laughed when I recognized Aoyade's voice on the droid, though. That was unexpected, but delightful. I was waiting for it to ask someone to turn it off and on again, but I guess they didn't go for all the low-hanging fruit.
Overall I'm quite pleased with the show. It's a lot more interesting than the usual boom-boom fare we get served these days, the cinematography and aesthetics in this last one in particular I found really well done.
