Wien (pronounced wean/ween) is the way people in austria call it. Vienna is the english word because the brits really couldn't be arsed to even try apparently .

Windobona (Gaulish) > Vindobona (Latin) > Uuenia (Old German, early spelling) > Wenia (Old German, later spelling) > Wien (Modern German)
English borrows its name for the city from the Western Romance descendant of Vindobona, Vienne/Vienna (French/Italian). It's not the only language that does this, by the by - it's called Viden in Czech and Vienni in Greek.
Old cities just tend to have a lot of names like that
