What she did after made more sense as a ruse. As if she's not seen as a threat, and more like a temporary, begrudging ally, then there's less threat to her and her meatshield from the alliance at least, since the Legion threatened everything.
It's a real shame, I used to like her.

Definitely the silhouette of the Jailer I imagine...perhaps Sylvanas. I kinda doubt Bolvar since he was basically a minor speed bump to Sylvanas' goal.
