what bernie bros seem to keep missing is that they alone aren't going to win an election. they need to stop "berning" bridges and start building them.
he doesn't need to keep convincing bernie bros. they are a cult. he needs to convince "the corrupt corporate establishment supporting dems" (lol).

The corporate establishment is scared now as they should be. They realized that trying to attack him only grows his support. At every turn the establishment has sought to destroy his campaign and he only grows stronger. His message reaches more and more people as they realize that the establiahment people they trusted show their true colors. "No one likes Bernie" - Hillary. Hopefully more establishment candidates do this as well. Will only reinforce the fact that he is scaring the right people.

this is why they are worried;
because they think will bernie will lose to trump.“Swing states have a higher concentration of swing voters. We need a nominee who draws them to the Democratic column,” said Rahm Emanuel, the former Chicago mayor and chief of staff to Obama. “Sanders’ theory, like Trump’s for the right, is based on the notion of a higher turnout of infrequent voters.”
Exactly. People voting for people they dont believe in because of some undisclosed amount of "other people" that may or may not exist. "I dont really like Biden that much but..." is probably the saddest bust common thing people that vote for biden in polls say. Corporate hacks really want us to believe that malarkey that we need to vote for Joe Biden. They want to force our hand.

The anger and resentment has only grown in the US. I would like to think that Obama in 2008 was the rise of populists from either political side. Who would have thought that giving corporate handies and giving no shits about the populace would cause an eruption? It is so strange how it all happened right? The American political system has really only enriched a few at the expense of others which does not breed happiness.
Also with the rise of the internet no one is beholden to network television for information either good or bad which helps candidates push a broader role in general. Alot of the gatekeeping was due to the 24 hour news channels and that lead or strength has dwindled meaning the establishment types will have a much harder time keeping a handle on things. I am sure pot legalization is mostly done by social networks movements inside the states that advocated for it which is causing a snowball effect across the nation. The genie is out of the bottle so to speak and getting it back in line will be hard, just imagine a leader who could tap into a group of supporters who can lead a event outside some politicians homes? I dont think we are there yet but it would be something to behold given the current climate none the less.
Its an easy fix, give the people what they want and it goes away for another 40 years or keep on being terrible and it will only hurt longer.

I havent mentioned Trump at all but in my eyes he was a snake oil salesmen. The Bernie people are in my opinion just willing to apply a scorched earth political policy which is dangerous but in order to stop either figure from taking hold fix the problems that give them a rise in the first place. The lack of life as it used to be fueled the rise of Trump, people got to see their children move away from nowheresvile and they see their communities die off from lack of outside investment and drug abuse boons. Whom else outside of Trump has spoken to those people? That is why he is popular among them. Now if he gets anything done is a different question all together. Trump was that brick and D.C being that window.
thing is, clinton did have plans to address these problems. people have no one but themselves to blame at this point.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.the...ol-environmentClinton: Raise the federal minimum wage to $12 an hour, with local governments free to set minimums above that level. Tighten the tax code to make sure “millionaires don’t pay lower rates than their secretaries”. Ask Congress for at least $275bn to invest in infrastructure. Every worker entitled to up to 12 weeks of paid family leave and an additional 12 weeks of paid medical leave.
Trump: Create jobs. Get smart businessmen from Wall Street to run the economy because they have the expertise. Tax relief for middle-class Americans; simplify the tax code to reduce the headaches people face in preparing their taxes. “We’ve spent $4tn trying to topple various people. If we could’ve spent that $4tn in the United States to fix our roads, our bridges and all of the other problems, we would’ve been a lot better off.”
Clinton: Retain Obamacare. Crack down on rising prescription drug prices and hold drug companies accountable so they get ahead by investing in research, not jacking up costs. Protect women’s access to reproductive healthcare, including contraception and safe, legal abortion.
Trump: Repeal Obamacare on day one. Oppose cuts to Medicaid and Medicare. Trump says he is now pro-life. However his campaign statements differ from policies laid out on his website, making his approach uncertain. It does not appear to include any major expansion of healthcare coverage.
Clinton: Says students should never have to borrow to pay for tuition, books and fees to attend a four-year public college in their state under the New College Compact. Students will do their part by contributing their earnings from working 10 hours a week. Families will do their part by making an affordable and realistic family contribution.
Trump: Little evidence of a coherent policy, but he has said there is no reason the federal government should profit from student loans. Trump has also been forced to defend his own Trump University, the subject of an ongoing court case.
americans did not actually want to address these issues, just uh, "vote against the establishment."
