Small curd cottage cheese, heavily seasoned with tuong ot toi Vietnam and a lot of finely minced onion.
If I get fancier, maybe throw in a spoonful of this stuff:
Other possible additions include lemon grass, chives, deep fried shrimp, Calamansi juice, or pine nuts. Most of that wouldn't seem too unusual in SE Asian cooking, my perversion is that I have to have it with cottage cheese as a base.With COVID-19 making its impact on our lives, I have decided that I shall hang in there for my remaining days, skip some meals, try to get children to experiment with making henna patterns on their skin, and plant some trees. You know -- live, fast, dye young, and leave a pretty copse. I feel like I may not have that quite right.

I'm pretty vanilla with my food... I think the 'weirdest' combination I go for is like mac and cheese with smoked sausage, and I don't even mix them, just usually cook some smoked sausage to go alongside the mac and cheese. I say weirdest in quotes because I doubt that even classifies as weird.
