If you're seriously wondering, Jenafur is a battle pet given to a make-a-wish girl who was dying of cancer. She also got a unique mount and, I think, an NPC named after her character. She survived the cancer and then people found out about the whole story and were fucking mad that Blizzard gave a dying teenager a unique mount and demanded to have access to it.

Because WoW players are garbage.

She comes from a make-a-wish drive that Blizzard did for a dying girl. That's where she comes from.

The 'mystery' you are trying to ask is "how do we obtain them", and the actual, real mystery behind Jenafur is "was it ever actually intended that players could obtain them".
