Name a substantive policy difference.

But this is the sort of misinformation campaign we're going to have to deal with. This sort of "Biden and Trump are clearly the same. It's so obvious. There is no policy difference between them" and a 2 second google search would yield miles and miles of difference in policy between the two.

And that's not even touching the #1 issue this election -- the judiciary. Even if they were identical in policy (they aren't) then Biden would nominate more liberal justices for the SCOTUS and other federal court positions. This along is important enough to justify a Biden vote by anyone moderate to left wing.
