A long time ago i did some multi-boxing.
When you press a key (ie: a "1"), both clients will get that keypress and thus both toons will try to do something.
What worked for me was to focus on keys 1-10. On character A, pressing the 1 would start a charge (warrior) and nothing on character B. pressing a 2 would cast fireball on mage, and another attack on warrior. Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Some keys were used by both and other times a key would only be used by one.
Figuring this out turned out to be the best part of multi-boxing, at least for me. I also used the /follow command, which I think has been removed.

in what way does it create an unfair advantage? You are free to group up for content, multi boxing is literally the same thing. They pay their money's worth in account fees.
I dont see the issue apart from jealousy or a made up rage just for rages sake

The website seems to work again. I remember using keyclone as well back in TBC, I believe. Now I've been watching people make crazy amounts of gold by multiboxing with 10+ chars, it's starting to inspire me too to multibox again

No, it is happening. The zone changed, it belongs to the Goblins now and is their home. Hearthstone is having a mechanical themed expansion soon, November's cardback is Goblin influenced and revealed concept art shows Goblin machinery. It's a HS expansion, sorry.

I mean i mostly don't care about multi-boxing, outside of those assholes who abuse the report system to get people silenced/temp banned. That said, you are obviously not a herbalist because multi-boxing is a part of the reason why you can't really farm Zin'athid. There are usually multiple per phase flying around mass looting them. And they also effect the economy in the game (though i don't really get into that so it doesn't affect me as much) Originally Posted by Mirishka

My only issue with multiboxing is when people use it for farming. It drives down prices when 5+ characters harvest every node and increase the supply by far more than the demand. It does fuck up the economy around those trade materials.
The rest of the time I don't really care about multiboxing. If someone wants to pay for 5 active accounts so they can solo any content or have an insta gank force in world pvp, then sure that's up to them.
