The movies don't establish that. Thanos beat hulk by being as strong physically but by being smarter than a rage monster. It's why he technically beat him down like a pro boxer. His minions even comment on letting him have his fun. Using the stones would have been overkill. They set up Thanos as being a threat by having him beat the strongest avenger. Basic story telling.
Also Thanos had to activate it vs cap marvel so you're clearly wrong

No it's called story telling. When you make a superhero movie you don't assume the audience has read every bit of Canon on the character. You set things up like the effects of magical stones

true. The Hulk might be the strongest Avenger but that doesn't mean he is the best fighter. Thanos, Thor (rewatched Ragnarok last night and he had Hulk beat until the Grandmaster shock collared him) and Hela are all extremely skilled fighters who are almost indestructible and so yeah my point stands that Hela fighting Thanos in a 1 on 1 battle on Asgard would've made for an interesting fight

Gotham High is an alternative universe, so Bruce Wayne can be whatever really. The best thing about alternate realities is you can go wild, there are no lengths you cannot go to try out something.

People being upset about this is stupid, when it has no moral implications on the main universe. Its just a bit of silly fun, something I like when comics do. Regardless if they pull it off or not.

And of course you can argue that the idea, regardless of diversity, of DC in college is a bit dull, but hey, people enjoyed X-Men Evolution, guess we are riding that 15 year old wave :P

At least with X-Men evolution the characters were consistent even when being remade as their teenage selves.

This parody of batman, joker and Catwoman, seeing the suave and sophisticated Selina being remade into highschool cheerleader bimbo is a character assassination at its best.

Regarding your first point I think thats really debatable... X-Men Evolution as fun but I had so many gripes with that show. Best thing it did was introduce us to X-23 the same way Batman the Animated Series introduced us to Hardly Quinn :P

Regarding your second point I think you really got to try and not take the comic too seriously. All these alternative timelines read like wacky fan-fiction regardless and should be accepted as such with some good and some on the 'WTF' levels :P

It started off pretty okay, but it quickly went downhill, I stuck through it up until Ultimatum (that's like what 8 years?). Ultimatum nearly killed me inside. That whole story line was basically death porn! I have no idea what Jeph Loeb was smoking when he wrote that or if it was Joe Quesada who ordered him to do it lol :P
