He still gets fact checked, but his supporters just don't care. They all know he's a lying sack of shit... but that's what they love about him.

So maybe because Trump is always golfing he thinks numbers work like they do in Golf. Trump is on Twitter again talking about Biden and the H1N1 virus response. The only issue is the H1N1 virus killed a little over 12k in a year while Covid 19 has killed almost a 100k in just about 3 months. Trump is attacking Biden for 12k deaths while he has almost 100k deaths. Trump could also be that fucking stupid that he doesn't understand 12k is less then 100k. https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-for...214326646.html

Let Trump try. His statements were objectively false. He'd just be claiming that, not only do the rules not apply to him, but also, Twitter should be penalized for enforcing their own rules on the private service he uses.

I'd love to see Trump dump Twitter and go into the election season blind and deaf. But I might love it more to see Twitter dumping Trump for suing him. Which I'm pretty sure they're allowed to do -- Trump's broken plenty of rules.

It’s tragic when flat earthers don’t bitch about the flat earth label on YouTube that links to its explanation, but Trump has a shit fit over fact checking his claims. Just wrap your mind around that idea... people who think the earth is flat, are less afraid of the truth than Trump.

Fact checked in the most polite and timid way possible. The moment a national reporter on national tv calls Donald Trump a liar and doesn't get fired by the corporate news machine I will begin to have faith.

As to his base of zombies and sycophants that represent probably a hard 30% of his approval rating, they are lost and unretrievable. It's that 10-15% that sit on the fence that need to be shaken awake by hard reality and blunt language. We tiptoe around the corruption and outright lies by this administration. He's a poker player with nothing in his hand and the worst bluffs in history but for some reason the press and other politicians act like this time he might have a royal flush so we better be cautious.

Call his damn bluff and stop cowering to his miniscule and rabid fanbase.

It never gets to that point because when they challenge him on something he throws a hissy fit and exits the stage. Instead it's better to ask him indirect questions so he says more stupid shit you quote for the press because if you actually challenge him and call him a liar he won't give you anything and will just leave like the giant man child he is.

I don't think he's actually a billionaire. I know it's semi conspiratorial, but Deutsche Bank says no.

So given Trump is having a meltdown and wants to speak with Twitter's manager, in honor of the latest Karen to be outed on social media:

I would love to see Trump held accountable for even 1% of all the illegal shit he's done while Resident. However, in this case, there is a long standing rule that the President (and this applies to Trump, regardless of his abilities and demeanor - none of which are Presidential) is immune from all civil suits while in office - and normally that is for good reason - we don't want the leader of the free world inundated with civil suits, so much so that they are immobilized from performing their duties. So in this case Trump won't be held accountable for his altogether illegal actions.

Twitter on the other hand...would be liable (imo assuming circumstances are as stark as we're painting them for this scenario) for allowing that talk to happen because their terms of use forbid such statements. Intellectually the case would be fascinating. Realistically it's more vomit to the pile that is Donald Trump.

I doubt he is. Real, actual, earned/learned billionaires don't bankrupt casinos. It's one of the three reasons, IMO, Trump has been terrified of his tax records becoming public.

No but it keeps them in the conversation, Trump does domestic and foreign policy on twitter. The Trumps are basically huge marketing for twitter worldwide. From a business perspective there is no positive from taking them off the platform or pissing them off considering their following.

You know that all of this is happening while 100k people have died in the US of COVID-19, and the probability of a second wave (in said country) is going up and up, because dumb people cannot stop doing dumb things?

Well at least Trumps retarded shit show should be over in 8 months. Then we can all tell our grandkids these retarded stories that will make us all laugh, about the dumbest american president in history.

And of course the movies based on his presidency, which can only be in the comedy genre, no one can make his presidency a serious movie, without a few laughs about mr twitter in charge.

    Covfefe!

Well, that and if he were a billionaire, he wouldn't be scrambling all over the world for loans to raise relatively minor capital. It's not like it's free money.

Are you sure? Because after several bankruptcy, not only is Trump still rich, he has used said bankruptcy to avoid paying taxes.

I think you touched on one of the things that is making Trump the angriest/scared

When history does look back at this dumpster fire, Trump is going to have to share the stage with a virus. Hell I would put real money down on TIME magazine making COVID-19 thing of the year for 2020.

He's already probably the most disgraced man ever to hold the office, having been impeached, the subject of multiple lawsuits--for fraud and sexual assault, among others--globally ridiculed, etc. etc. etc.. I'm sure the main reason he wants to stay in office forever is that the moment he is voted out he loses the protection of said office.
