    https://www.krone.at/2165882

But the msm doesn't care. poor victim...

    and CNN: https://edition.cnn.com/2020/06/03/u...rnd/index.html

DC National Guard under investigation for violating the Geneva Conventions and using a medical helicopter to fly dangerously low in an attempt to use the downdraft and noise to disperse protesters.
FUnny I don't see one mention of Geneva Conventions or violations of it in the entire article. It just says an investigation. Nice mirepresnetation.

there have been enough links to us news-sites, but here again: https://edition.cnn.com/2020/06/03/u...rnd/index.html

you can of course refute your claim.

You missed the key word "outrage". That is simply a news report. SHow me in that artice where a CNN commentator is quoated as being outraged over it.

You might want to read entire post first before blindly running off to attempt a "gotcha" moment.

EDIT: IN fact, the one quote tit does have is from a far left filmakeer who bashed teh PResdent for paying his condolences to the Captain:

Trump's tweet was not universally welcomed. Filmmaker Ava DuVernay tweeted in response: "We won't let you use this Black man for your political gain. You can try. But we will not let it happen. May he rest in peace. May the truth about his murderers come to light. And may he not have his name dragged into your vicious, evil games. "

This is the source article that this article linked to. I know your only goal is to post in bad faith, but can you at least troll with a little more gumption.

"Misuse of the Red Cross symbol is prohibited even during peacetime by the First Geneva Convention, to which the U.S. is a party,” said Rachel E. VanLandingham, a former Air Force attorney and professor at the Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.

Linking the symbol with law enforcement, VanLandingham said, can weaken its “effectiveness as signifying medical and humanitarian assistance, a symbol of trust that is needed to give those vehicles with that symbol needed access where they are needed during armed conflict.”

Unlike you, I can actually cite my sources.

The question is more complicated than that though. Life is obviously more important, but if someone loses their livelihood, they can't support themselves or their family and a long litany of other things can happen to them over time.

If you HAVE to prioritize one over the other, obviously life wins....but that shouldn't be the case here. WHY should people have to choose one over the other here, that's the crazy part because the destruction of property is being perpetuated by people within their own community when this should be a time for solidarity...not waging a battle on two fronts.

I think the tally is 9 so far. But difficult to tell in the middle of this, might have some completely unrelated incidents and some missing ones.
    https://www.voanews.com/usa/death-to...ional-protests

    2 cops (1 retired)
7 protestors / people who got in their way (or in the way of the police)/ people who tried to defend their property or successfully did it with lethal force.

YOu just linked a completely different article. Your original source contained no mention of Gevena Convention or any possible violations. Providing a completely different link later doesn't the fact you orginally mjis-represented what was in the article you originally posted. So not only were you dishonest to begin with, you try to act like it didn't happen with a completely different link instead of admitting you screwed up.

So? There was no mention in the article she directly linked that had any mention. She should have linked the source article then. Stop making excuses for her screw up.

Which is also not the looters' fault.

I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner. I am no advocating violence back towards the police, but given how the past 5 - 7 years have been with viral cases of police brutality and race relations with the police... I'm surprised this didn't happen the same day as Mr. Floyd's murder.

It's weird; you go to all of these social networking websites with hundreds and hundreds of civilian videos capturing moments of intense police brutality, unecessary (and in some cases unwarranted) excessive force and you can only help but wonder how these states most effected will go back to normal.. if ever.
Ah then I’m surprised it’s not more wide spread but I guess it will keep growing as long as police continue with there brutality towards peaceful protesters.

You'l wil hear the actual report, but hte national media will quickly get through it and back to other things and you certainly won't see any commentator on any network(other than maybe Fox News anyway) talk about how they are outraged he was killed.

    Take the L
NO L to take. There was absolutely no mention of Geneva Conventions in the original article she linked. I had every right to call into question that she misrepresented the situation. She should be apologizing for her mistake instead. As it is, while it is a violation I guarantee they aren't investigating for Geneva Convention violations. They are investigating because it is a violation of Army regulations.

So you were lying when you said Black Lives Matter? It's obvious you don't care about his.
