I mean, not to spew big words which I (of course) have no way of backing up here, but this is possibly true for 60%+ of EU's 16y olds. Hell, even I lost my virginity at 14... And it's not like girls aren't attention whoring when online or even IRL. Girls love attention, both young and older ones, it's just a girl thing.
