I'm sure this is just scratching the surface of mega-streamers that think they can do this stuff. It's just like Hollywood, think fame and money buys them the right to do anything they want.

Nicholas Fifield forced a mentally handicapped woman to perform oral on him and he got an Alford Plea and no jail time

John Enochs raped two women and got a plea for on year probation

Austin James Wilkerson was found guilty of sexually assaulting a helpless victim and unlawful sexual conduct with witnesses. He got 20 years probation and 2 years in a prison work-release program.

Brock Turner was found guilty of assault with intent to rape an intoxicated woman, sexually penetrating an intoxicated person with a foreign object, and sexually penetrating an unconscious person with a foreign object. He got six months in jail and 3 years of probation.

These are just the cases lucky enough to make it to court where the victims weren't shamed out of bringing their cases forward. The fact of the matter, the justice system is failing these people. Best bet is to expose them on social media and ensure they're never allowed to again get into a position of power where they can do this to more women.

It's no surprise that the gaming scene is flooded with these kinds of stories. Something similar has surfaced in the Dota 2 scene a few days ago as well. What is absolutely shitty is that, in many cases, the victims are seen as a guilty party for speaking up. And most perpetrators issue empty apologies only after being outed as if they're actually sorry they got caught. Cases like that are just the tip of the iceberg for sure.

    Your ignoring college vs superior/subordinate.

And just because people do it, doesn't make it smart. You can find a literal endless supply of stories of superiors getting in trouble for trying to date a subordinate.
It ignores such insignificant forces as time, entropy, and death

This isn't a new thing and has brought down millions of managers and CEO's.

He was an idiot and should have known better.
This is ofc a fair thing to say... but still, it simply isn't sexual harassment and worthy of ruining someone's career for essentially nothing.

    Quite sure it's Josh's fault.

Sco knew only as much as Josh told him. Why would you think otherwise? Any inside evidence you can post and share with us? Besides that from where do you have the information that he said josh stays in the team? Can you give us the source of that?

Because nothing illegal happened. It's not sexual harassment if your boss develops emotions for you. He didn't pursue her to get together with him or face consequences.

She literally ruined someone's career over basically nothing.

Wouldn't you keep your friend on the team after a police investigation found him not guilty?

So it's normal for virgin nerds to be attracted to them and to keep bothering them.

I really don't understand this. Honestly, I stand behind my words, it all just looks like attention whoring to me.
thanks for making your blatant sexism obvious...now that aside

if a minor sends nudes, its illigal its child porn, the minor can also get in trouble for it,and its far worse legaly than illigal smoking or drinking, also sex at 16 isnt illigal in most places so thats a shity comparison, and if you are 14 and your parter was of around the same age than again its irelevant,i dont see whats the point here

Its easy for a subordinate to feel pressured by advances from a superior. The idea that it could cost you your job if you refuse is not a far fetch at all.

Which is why so many businesses clearly set out that it is inappropriate behaviour for a superior and can (will) get you fired. Because its a he said/she said and its (near) impossible to prove someone didn't feel threatened by it.

regardless of the obvious fact that ofc its a crime do you honestly think teens care about shit like that when done between themselves ?

    just be honest about answer

i mean its also illegal to sell alcohol to minors and i have been buying my own booze since i was 14 -_- same like marihuana is completly illegal here and i never had any problems to get something to smoke when i felt like it -_-

teens do stupid shit all the time

its grown up obligation to not deal with teens only other grown up -_- and to check id if you have doubts if she is "legal" in your country .
