Other than WoW, none. Two or three years ago I did I did install PSXe and had a run of some older games I loved or couldn't play back then like Medievil or Tenchu but to be honest I don't usually replay games that I already completed, specially story driven games. At least not until several years later.

WoW and GTAV non online version. I just love going around cruising in the game

Ditto, except these days I tend to get towards the end and stop playing because I don't want it to end...

I generally try to avoid going back to old games I liked and instead play sequels instead when possible and follow the series. If that's not possible.. like when the company that made them is gone or has refocused to other type of games, try to find similar ones. Like say I enjoyed Dungeon Keeper 2 but Dungeons 2 and 3 filled that gap nicely for me.

There are a few exceptions though.

Black & White 2 - for some reason no one is making god games any more. Are they really that unpopular?
Age of Mythology - Although new RTS games are still being made, they're disappointing and micro heavy. I hate micro and just play them with a mouse.
Fallout 4 - because of the unique settlement system. I really like building stuff with it. Sadly the only alternative is Minecraft but it's too ugly and more limited.

Oh wow forgot about this game, I had tons of fun playing this too. Had to appease the gods too I think while you built your empire or they'd ruin your crops and the like. Back in my AoE days on a laptop lol wow forgot about those days for sure.

Wow this too, we did the same and tried having a go and the gfx were lol, I remember having so much fun with it tho that it was the sole reason we tried this.

OT: Wow sometimes/for short periods/if there is stuff to do and Hots usually. WC3 as well at times for a nostalgia kick. Not sure if Pharaoh could hold my attention anymore but I should check it out again

    Dota 2.

Been playing since 'DotA Allstars' back in WC3 custom map days, and played the beta for Dota 2 up until it's formal release back in 2013. Been playing it off and on ever since.

Grand Theft Auto IV. Something about that game I love over GTA 5.

    Wow.

I dont think there are other games I have returned multiple times. When I play games, I usually play them until I lose interest and it is unlikely I ever touch them again. There are several games that I did play and returned later, but I feel like "keep returning to" means more than that.

Pokemon games. Sometimes I like to take out the old gameboy or my 3DS and do a playthrough.

Depends on time available. If I got a month then I will check current season builds for D3 to see if any look fun.

Shorter times maybe XCOM to progress an on going run or some other game on my steam list that I can jump in and get a fix. Haven't gotten myself I finish a ME play through so I stopped bothering as it feels too disjointed to jump in after a long break.

I dont take breaks from one live service game to go to another.

-Spore. Love the concept, love the creativity, love the creature phase and interstellar phase gameplay. A truly misunderstood game.

-Minecraft. Can't get bored of this game.

-any Mario Kart game. An almost perfect gameplay experience.

-Planet Coaster. A great game, with a huge emphasis on creativity

-Heroes of Might and Magic 3 - simply the greatest strategy game to me

Other than WoW that I return to every 6 months or so for a month or two it's:

Xenoblade Chronicles 1 (Now with DE out, playing it on switch) and 2
    Terraria
    Diablo
    Zelda BOTW
    Skyrim
    Megaman games
and Pokemon from new ones to the old ones.

Oh and almost yearly I get an urge to go back and play some ancient "MU online" not global one though.

Kinda proves how much Bethesda relies on fans to make their games polished and fun doesn't it
Props for including ME:A - I enjoyed it as well, and think it was a good game once they patched it up some. Best combat in the series, IMO.

On topic, I come back to a handful of games pretty reliably each year:

Warframe (which I always end up resenting somehow)
Fallout 3/NV (mostly to work on new mods)
Fallout 4 (mostly to build bots with Automatron, and settlements)
Saints Row 3 (because I like my player character, she's awesome)
Skyrim (mediocre game by default IMO but enjoyable with mods)
Oblivion (though I tend to lose interest pretty fast)
Pretty much any game in the Mass Effect/Dragon Age series
Super Metroid/Yoshi's Island (best 2d games ever IMO)
Appreciate your time with friends and family while they're here. Don't wait until they're gone to tell them what they mean to you.

    Megaman X is a big one...mainly cause i try to speedrun it..yay sub 1hr

Still will pop in an old Marvel va Capcom game or Guilty Gear Accent Core....hell I STILL prefer Steet Fighter Third Strike over 4 and 5

All the MGS games...4 is the hardest one for me to replay but man i can play that forever

Thanks to SMZ3 being a thing I think Super Metroid and Link to the Past count

    Majoras mask forever

The original Mass Effect trilogy. One of those games i can't truly let go.

    Witcher 3 aswell.
