Void elves, and blood elves are the same race, so why no high elves yet? It doesn't make sense, and weed must also exist, so both blood, and void elves could just like, light up a joint, and blaze it.

You can RP as a High Elf in Shadowlands. If you're asking for a separate race then hopefully never, WoW doesn't need anymore Elven races.
