Gambling in the states is at a state by state basis, some allow it, some do not.

You already have gambling. You pay sub fee for this game and then you have a chance to win in World of CasinoRNG game. No matter, if your rewards are virtual. In today's world virtual items are as valuable, as real ones. Governments just need to admit it.

    I don't care about Wow 11.0, if it's not solo-MMO. No half-measures - just perfect xpack.

Gambling is a problem and is also an addiction. Even when real money are not involved. Look at the whole issue of loot boxes in games.

Sure. Some people do not have a problem and can control it. Others cannot. Just look at this forum at all the hints of addiction surrounding this game.

If they can make money with it, i am sure blizzard would add something like that.

Well then, please define what you consider to be gambling.

For me, if your time and effort has a non-deterministic reward then it is gambling.
You pay for your game time, the time you spend playing has an actual monetary value. So you wager money for something of value (even if it just in-game).

How many casino threads are you going to necro?

having a casino in the game would make the game R18 rated, and thats a big no

The thread's been bumped by an advertisement bot, just report it and move on.
They always told me I would miss my family... but I never miss from close range.

It would change the games rating to M so I don't think they would do it.

Kids under 21 play this game. WItht eh existence of the WoW token, Blizzard would be breaking the law. You really have no idea just how irressponsible and illegal it would be , do you?
You do know there are other countries that dont have same laws as USA? But your laws are just amazing, you can drive a car at 16, buy long guns at 16 Alaska ), 15 Massachusetts with parent consent, Minnesota 14 years, and in most cases for handguns its 18 but you cant gamble and drink before you turn 21.....
Also how can that be gambling? If kids, and I do mean kids, can buy those stickers for albums ( without the parents consent ) and get random stickers that is also gambling, well more game of chance....

I think because you can buy wow gold with real currency it would violate laws in different areas.

It doesn't matter. If one country has laws against something, you have to abide by those laws regardless if the rest allow it.

Oh and by the way,you can drive a car at 16, but you must have someone that is 25 or older in the car with you at all times for 2 years. Also, yoru parents are legally liable for anything you do with a gun until you are 18. Yes you can do those things, but you are heavily restricted until you are a legal adult.

Again wow is game played all over the world, that's the reason why in my country I can't get Raf gifts because any gift is taxable but you can get it in USA.

But you can that's the thing. Also doesn't matter, you can get a gun registered to you....

I don't support gambling at all. I see lots of people lost their everything by gambling.
