Find an artist you like and reach out to them.

Go to a site where you find art. DeviantArt, Furaffinity, ArtStation, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, etc...
Find an artist whose work you like.
Browse their posts to see if they mention accepting or not accepting commissions.
If they do, see if they have prices listed.
Find an artist whose prices you feel are reasonable comparative to the art they produce.
See what requirements that artist has on commission inquiries (references, details, direction, etc...)
Contact said artist while following their commission inquiry rules.
Repeat until you find an artist whose work you like that is open and willing to do your commission.Human progress isn't measured by industry. It's measured by the value you place on a life.
