They'll never say, because it's a violation of privacy, but I can. The explanation was that I violated the mod warning in the OP, the 2nd bit in particular, about suggesting anyone "deserved" death. I am still not sure which way it will be seen by the jury when they get to consider "ALL" the evidence in totality to decide, because I do notice that people seem to want to only include the pieces that validate their thoughts on the situation.
