1. Switch all elections to a form of ranked choice voting that won't reduce down to a two party system
2. Redistricting is done by a bipartisan committee overseen by SCOTUS
3. Bills that sit at the desk of the Senate Majority Leader for more than 30 days can be forced to be brought to the floor by a simple majority vote
4. SCOTUS terms are set for 10 years, no re-election
5. Elections are a federal holiday, lasting Friday to Monday, employers are mandated to give at least six hours off during that time period so their employees can vote (this is to help ensure emergency service workers can still vote)
6. A constitutional amendment that declares that no member of government, not even the president, is above the law or immune to criminal charges and indictments
7. Immediate members of the President's family are expressly forbidden from having jobs in the administration. This includes son-in-laws.
8. Electoral campaigns can only be paid for through public funds, each candidate gets X amount of money, and may not use donations or personal funds, and can only campaign from September to November.
9. Candidates for president cannot have open litigation or criminal inquiries or anything of that sort going against them. Any court cases, etc against them must be closed, and publicly disclosed.
