So much for Brees breaking his finger-licking habit.

That was a good looking Raider drive.
Nice to have a couple routine PATs.

So we have a tackle that we drafted on the bench, while our undrafted guard plays tackle..
Then our starting guard gets injured and we keep our guard out wide and plug in another UDFA at guard.
How shit must Brandon Parker be?
Ex-Mod. Technically retired, they just won't let me quit.
This is some vintage Saints defense where they don't cover anybody unless they get a penalty doing it.
I don't know about Payton's exemption, but he did already have Covid.

The Raiders of yesteryear would have botched this goal line exchange. Whatever you say of Gruden, he;s got the Raiders tracking the right way offensively.
Derekk Carr is kinda awful though. Like, Andy Dalton like. Not bad enough to outright lose you games, but not good enough to win you them without excellent playcalling and supporting cast either.
If the rules say that was a personal foul, the rule is absurd.

Well I see Twitter is actively calling for Mr. 30-30.

Saints with some pathetic defense this game. Also leading the league in penalty yards, really sad.
Believing the hype without earning it this year I guess. Brees accuracy has not been there the first two games. The defense is getting torched through the air and tons of penalties on top of it.

Figures the game ends on a PI. The fuck was he thinking.

Quite ballsy to kick that field goal there, a miss would have gifted overtime.
The faith Gruden has in Carlson to make that...
Or lack of faith in Guenther's defence.

Considering how things went in the NFL this week, at least we got out of there without any major injuries.
