I think Dems need to be up her as about her comments about it not being right to vote on a SCOTUS nominee during an election year. I mean it's obviously a straight up partisan move to get another activist judge on the bench, something The GOP is against, yet, the last two and her total are, to rule in favor of shit involving Trump, the ACA, or Roe.

They are attacking Barrett, herself. They are pointing out that Haitian adoptions out-of-country are often done through illegal services and a black market. This isn't an attack on the children; it is, if anything, a desire to protect children from predatory people.

Whether there's any validity to the accusations or not (and they shouldn't have been made without at least some decent reason to believe it to be true), they are not in any way an attack on her children. They're an attack on Amy Coney Barrett, herself. Her children wouldn't be in any way responsible for their own adoption proceedings, illegal or not. Particularly not if it were illegal, in fact; child traffickers generally don't give a shit what the product they're shipping wants.

You know that the FBI (were it not run by Trump's personal law firm) would routinely investigate those adoptions to verify the process was done correctly, right?
