I just saw that Warcraft 2 might be in the works?

"Legendary Pictures already has the next entry in development, according to Daniel Ritchman. Not only that, but casting seems to have already begun to take place as actors and directors have been reportedly eyed."

Agreed, although I did really enjoy the movie and think the sequel would do well. The CGI was amazing! Would love it to eventually reach the WOTLK that would make for some epic scenes

We have no idea what story they’re going for. It’s not a sequel for the Warcraft Movie, it’s a reboot of the whole franchise. I hope they choose WC3/Arthas’ story though.

I would literally donate money to fund this storyline although I doubt they need any funding. Hopefully it doesn't get lost in the cinema boom that will be coming when movie theatres open back up post covid

I have seen this, and as much as i want to get excited about this, I just don't feel that i can, at least until it is actually confirmed to be in filming. To many times movies are talked about and dropped before it ever gets to filming.

They should just scrap the live action garbage they're going to produce and just make a cinematic movie. Fans would enjoy it more.

They should just do a standalone original story within the Warcraft world. Adapting anything existing in 1 movie is just too complex.

this is how it should go this time.
Telling the events of WC1 and WC2 via voice over then lead into the plot of WC3. then the movie is about WC3(probably start with Arthas first?)

I don't think they should make another movie. I think a tv show is far better suited for a game like WoW.
