Another BLM Peaceful Riot erupts in violence.

Black Lives Matter mobs protesting in Wisconsin over the decision not to charge a black cop for fatally shooting a gun-firing teen turned their rage on innocent homeowners — lobbing rocks through windows on a residential street.

Troubling video showed up to a dozen people running up to homes in Wauwatosa, the sound of breaking glass and celebratory horn blasts as they repeatedly hurl heavy objects through windows.

“That’s people’s houses!” at least one distressed-sounding woman screamed, as others tried to get the rampaging mob to stop, as filmed by Julio Rosas, a reporter for the conservative publication Townhall.

“That’s their f—ing home — it’s not their fault!” shouted another man in the crowd.

Wauwatosa police tweeted warnings to locals to “shelter in their homes, lock their doors, and move away from windows.”

At least one horrified homeowner confronted the mobs as a motorcyclist drove through his yard.

“Do you have any idea how many Democrats, how many MPS teachers, union members, other people that support you live on this street?” the man complained to protesters in another clip filmed by Townhall’s Rosas.

“Police your protest!” he called out to those arguing with him. “Show some respect!”

Other footage shot by Rosas showed mobs whooping in celebration as they https://twitter.com/Julio_Rosas11/st...25229350506496, with one man walking along and using a hammer to calmly ensure every window broke.

https://www.wisn.com/article/police-...atosa/34307347 at several businesses on the city’s north side, including a pharmacy, coffee shop, wall coverings store, cleaner and fitness center.

A group was also seen calmly https://twitter.com/Julio_Rosas11/st...38483305074688, only leaving when someone warned, “Hey, the police coming” — with Rosas filming some running away with their hands up to celebrate their stolen loot.

Police eventually used tear gas on the rioters, saying they “continued to disobey lawful orders to disperse.”

Wauwatosa had already called a curfew — with “hundreds” of National Guard troops at the ready — in anticipation of a violent reaction over the charging decision against Officer Joseph Mensah, who shot 17-year-old Alvin Cole outside Mayfair Mall on Feb. 2 after the teen fired a stolen gun.

The black officer was not charged after it was ruled he “had an actual subjective belief that deadly force was necessary and that belief was objectively reasonable.”

Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm, in a 14-page letter laying out his rationale, said evidence showed Cole fled from police carrying a stolen 9mm handgun.

He cited squad car audio evidence, along with testimony from Mensah and two fellow officers, that he said showed Cole had fired a shot while fleeing and refused commands to drop the gun.

Apparently if an armed suspect shoots at the police, it's racist for them to shoot back.

Sadly this won't be the last riot that we see in Wisconsin.

    But those business have insurance?
75 percent of US businesses are under-insured and about 40 percent of small businesses have no insurance at all.

Also, most of them are peoples' homes being smashed to pieces now and burned down.

    Looking into this...

    https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/...ys/5909137002/

A former U.S. attorney hired by the Wauwatosa Fire and Police Commission has recommended Officer Joseph Mensah be fired after his third fatal on-duty shooting, according to a report released Wednesday.

Allowing Mensah to continue as a fully empowered police officer, with the authorization to potentially use deadly force for a fourth time, "creates an extraordinary, unwarranted and unnecessary risk to the Wauwatosa Police Department and the City of Wauwatosa," Steven Biskupic wrote in his report.

Biskupic also found Mensah had made “inconsistent and misleading" public statements about the shootings, which could compromise his ability to testify in court, and violated a policy banning officers from discussing ongoing investigations of police shootings.

Those factors led Biskupic to find "just cause," as defined by state law, to remove Mensah from duty as an active Wauwatosa police officer.

"I further find that termination would serve the best interests of the Wauwatosa Police Department and the City of Wauwatosa," he wrote.

The report was made public the same day Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm announced he was not charging Mensah in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Alvin Cole.
And based on the timeline - https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/...ah/5917561002/

6:06 p.m. The two males run through the parking lot of The Cheesecake Factory, pursued by a squad car.

Fourteen seconds later. An officer says he heard a shot and saw a muzzle flash near Cole

Six seconds after that. Mensah fires five shots toward Cole, who is in a kneeling position with a gun in his hand. The male who was with him is arrested. Mensah walks away. Other officers provide first aid to Cole, who was later pronounced dead.
    In context with - https://www.jsonline.com/story/commu...ng/3446512001/

According to Mensah, Cole pointed the weapon at him “and fearing for his personal safety, Mensah fired his gun at Cole five times, repeatedly striking Cole and causing his death. Cole still had his own firearm in his hand after being shot,” the report said.

No other officer fired their weapon, the report said. Mensah was on scene less than 30 seconds before encountering and shooting Cole.
Which is a bit odd as we know cops are not hesitant to light up anyone who points a bun in their direction, so Mensah alone being the only officer to fire, given his prior history of police involved shootings, calls the account into question.

And yet again we have another instance where body cameras would help shed light on this but departments don't have them.

There's no indication that he shot at police either, the evidence suggests he shot himself while running, before losing his magazine and only having a spent round in the chamber.

People are angry, and while their vandalism and property damage isn't acceptable it seems tonights protests were more peaceful outside of some curfew violation.

An officer killing three people in five years seems well above the norm, and calls into question whether the escalation of force was needed in each instance, especially given that other officers didn't fire.

So 10 minutes of research and it's not remotely as cut-and-dry as you and the NY Post try to make it seem. Didn't take much.

That kind of destruction belongs after our local sports team wins a championship, not for outrage about innocent people being tortured and murdered by the very people they pay to protect them.

People engaging in violence or destruction of property should be held accountable for breaking the law, regardless of their political affiliation.

I don't condone or excuse rioting.

That said, there is a clear history in this country of police abusing their authority with little or no oversight or corrective actions taken, and I can understand people who feel the need to lash out.

I wish they would do so in a more peaceful manner, and if they feel the need to use violence and destroy property, to at least direct those actions towards the people and/or systems that have done them wrong.
