it don't, we just ned to chose less specific characters and focus more on big ones in the lore to help set the universe, the avengers did that starting with iron man by example.
Lothar was a perfect choice for the first movie because he is a pivotal character for the alliance and one of the most important helping set events in motion. But they screw up everything else. Lothar per see is not a prince or something that important that you have to set up, he is the one setting up things.
Durotar was a terrible choice, He is a nobody that have almost no impact in the first and none in the second game, he is important in the books and wod, but again, not suit for a movie, they massive boner for thrall and the frostwolves ruined something who should be Orgrin part, you set up him so in the end he kill blackhand.
not the same thing, they are not pillars of the game, they are the ones who stand on those pillarsif we are talking about people who dont play warcraft and wow its like then everyone is a nobody, sylvannas came out of nowhere, whole night elf race came out of nowhere in warcraft.
Arthas story should be done in a movie like they did for the support heroes after they show up in avengers.now about the dismissing part I agree, in order for arthas or really, most other characters to make a meaningful impact on the viewers they need to add some back stories, arthas transition will happen so fast in one single movie, it has to be atleast 3 movies where the first one starts slightly before where the reign of chaos story begins in order for new viewers to understand the good side of arthas or the transition will not give a climax.

Also, lets say they do a trilogy about the first and second war, Orgrin and Lothar would ultimately clash in the end, in the final battle of horde x alliance, with Turalyon rising with his death, that would be some epic finale right there
