    Dev time being used to rebalance inert legendaries and soon to be inert Azerite gear...why? Are they being reused for Legendary effects and traits in a new system directly?

    Really stupid of Blizzard to nerf XP. Considering how easy it is to level up from 1-50, people are going to be twiddling their thumbs at level 60 crying that they have nothing to do.

    1-30 took me maybe 3-4 hours.

    You literally couldn't hit 60, they had to put a 40% xp buff on the beta so people could.

    This XP level means you you will hit sixty if you hit up some bonus objects, some side quests, do a dungeon or two, and finish all main story quests (this is what I did before they increased required xp a few months back, it put me at 59.4)

    Because peopel don't like to lose borrowed power systems, so they are using the same traits over in SL

    Makes me wonder how many of the people that didn't hit max level though weren't running many dungeons or even working on professions. Last I was on beta you still get XP for mining, herb farming, etc. Its not a ton of XP but if you're doing that stuff as you explore and level it should add up.

    they arent nerfing 1-50 they are nerfing 51-60 where there are noticeable levelling issues. expecily in the 56-60 brackets

    What I mean is, typically even the effects are very similar, it will have a new ID, and any tweeks will be made to that instead. In this case, it seems to imply they are literally going to be drawing from the same ID for the effects. If they don't, they they have wasted their time for what ever reason, if they do, it's simply strange.

    They're not balancing them, they are fixing them because the spells they affect no longer exist so if they left them as is it would break combat while using them still.

    I don't really care about the change either way, but as someone who leveled 50-60 on the Beta, those players who were getting stuck must have skipped a significant amount of questing. I leveled before the XP nerfs, and by the time I left Bastion (First Zone) I was level 54, and level 57 by the time I left Maldraxxus. That did include some (not all) side quests, but no dungeons or other XP sources.

    i levelled on beta without warmode and i hat 60 on the final quest line in revendreth that's with finding all the side stories i could some were bugged and doing some dungeons.

    did you do it again after they buffed the exp requirements?

    No idea what accounts for the difference in experience gain. I levelled about 3-4 weeks ago, and I felt like I might actually hit 60 a little too early on in Revendreth. Your guess is as good as mine.
