In this game no. I have no easy means to verify how a post has been edited. I hate typos with a burning passion myself - but back when I last played we had a forum moderator playing all the time (Arlee) who could double check that nothing crazy was happening. I do not have that now, and it is much simpler for me to just blanket say “don’t do it”.
37 + (3*7) + (3*7)W/L/T/Death count: Wolf: 0/1/0/1 | Mafia: 1/6/0/7 | TPR: 0/4/1/5SK: 0/1/0/1 | VT: 2/5/2/7 | Cult: 1/0/0/1
Don't have much to say. I rarely participate in fluff and don't think one can reliably catch scum based on fluff. At least I am not that good at it. Hard to say if something is a slip or just random fluff. Scum teams are to small to try and make connections, and trying to find townies only works for current day with recruit mechanics in play. Got to start over every day.
Saying one can recruit can be a red flag but doing it doesn't make sense as either alignment. People saying they want to be recruited I can understand. This game is nearly impossible for town to win. Each night town potentially loses 2 members and scummies get 2. Even with some failed recruitments it seems like town can't outlynch scum.
I don't have any particular targets I want to lynch. In a standard open setup game with composition like this I would go for no-lynch on day1. I just don't think this is mechanically correct way to play in this setup. Of course we can play this game like let's no-lynch for 8 days and then 10 people win because they are on a team that recruited 8 times correctly while the other one only recruited 4 or something like that.
As for who I don't want to lynch, probally Val, Catta, Firebert and Lora. Intuition mostly, but can rationalize if you really want me to.
So if we essentially have to start over each day as town, why are you not here participating? Wouldnt each new day just be fluff to you? How many scum are needed for you to start drawing conclusions of who could be with whom?

With 18 alive majority lynch is 10
We need to start over figuring out who town is on a given day. But trying to figure out who scum is we can get info from previous day. It is a one way street. If someone becomes vampire/wolf they always will be. Of course only scum lynch will give info, and there will always be a problem since we don't know when someone was recruited and how far back we can look for their interactions. How many scum are needed to start making concusions? Three probably, sometimes two but not in a 18 player game. Each day will only be fluff to me if it will be made of fluff and it is not up to me if it will be or not.
Executive decision time.
We kill sheep.

If no kill sheep, you sheep.
Choo choo.
Vote: No Lynch
Just to get it out there. I know a couple of other players suggested doing it but we'll see if they still want to go ahead with it.
I think it's the smartest move. Scum aren't likely to kill anyone early on as there's risks involved. For those who may have missed it, the original post reveals the roles, setup and abilities present in the game.
