why? One of the best things about the game currently is that you can completely avoid BFA content and still hit max.

i think you are confusing 2 different things either that the title is misleading you get world quest unlocked on the boat at 50 when you have all 3 reps frienddly

No need on alts. Just reach max level and talk to the npc to unlock them and get whistle.

This is incorrect. With 9.0 all you need to do is go to the boat once you hit 50 and talk to your faction's person and literally just complete a quest (as in its a ! but the only option is to complete it). There is no rep needed to unlock it.

Go to Stormwind and there is a portal to Caverns of Time. Go there and fly

If I remember correctly there is an introduction storyline to Boralus which unlocks the portals. Don't know if it's an oversight and it doesn't automatically unlock but you might want to check that out.

SO i hit 50 on this alt. Have 3 alts that were 120 with no issues. This first 50 i get to and NO quest or anything after 50 to unlock anything. I have no idea wtf to do.

Then something is bugged. I din't get any WQ quest on my Warlock before i was friendly with all 3 factions

no the boat in boralus one of the npcs on that boat should have the quest for you

Do the intro in BFA (get the neck in silithus, go on the boat, talk to the troll, go to the temple, establish your camp, select a start zone) Then talk to the undead captain guy on the boat. Takes like 15-20 min with travel time.

Since 9.0 hit or prior to that? I have characters that are on a whole other server than my main and also the opposite faction and once they hit 50 with only doing half of one BFA zone went back to the boat and immediately unlocked WQ. Not one of my Alliance characters have done more than part of one zone and they all had WQ unlocked once they hit 50 and went back to the boat in Boralas.

Get the heart of azeroth quest from the Earthen Guardian (Alliance) in Boralus and finish getting the heart. Then you can get the WQ unlocked on the boat.

For me I had to do the Nazatar intro quest until Magni showed up with a quest and then I had a portal to Silithus.

I just tested with my fresh 50 mechagnome. Did the heart of azeroth quest from the Earthen and went back to Boralus. It was on the ship and unlocked the WQ.
