As much as I want to believe it'll be resolved by Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning, I think we might not know until closer to the end of the week purely because of the way mail-in ballots are being received and counted in some states. I'd love for it to be enough of a Biden blowout to be apparent by midnight Tuesday/Wednesday, but I don't think that's going to be the case. He's the DHS guy that's come out hard against Trump this year and knowing that the earlier op-ed and book were written by someone in a senior position like him, who was himself appointed by Trump, lends credibility to everything he wrote.
