https://elections.wi.gov/node/7220 says there's 3684 thousand registered votes. Right now there's 3287 thousand votes cast at 95% of ballots being count so total should be around 3460 which is less than 3684. Piss off with lying.

These are both gaps Trump can close, but it will take a dynamic shift.

Biden will have a bigger vote lead over Trump than Clinton did by millions of votes. He's flipping multiple states that were red in 2016.

All this despite Trump blatantly cheating with the USPS, causing hundreds of thousands (at least) of votes to not be delivered on time in key states.

The polls were off and this won't be a landslide electoral win (maybe). But, it also means that once again the majority of Americans reject Trump's lying, racist bullshit.

None of those states have automatic recounts just for being close. However, it is assumed that recounts will be requested in most of those places, and it is either 1% or 0.5%.

Recounts do not generally change the result however. Vote counting tends to be really accurate, and doing it again doesn't usually change anything. As far as dragging it out in the courts, you have to actually have something to challenge. Right now there aren't a lot of contenders for that being thrown around. You can't sue because you think you should have won if the votes say you didn't, you actually have to point to something specifically that caused you to lose illegitimately.

Just remember it's Trump. If he's good at one thing, it's tying up the courts with useless, unwinnable lawsuits.

Though I suppose the good thing is that Trump's court mode will only activate if it's looking like a clear biden win. In which case everyone is just going to assume Biden is president as of Jan 20 and Trump will spend 3 months screaming at the courts to "DO SOMETHING"
