Guys we really don't want to see a tie in the EC. While the house decides who is president they don't do it as one vote per representative. It's one vote per state delegation. I haven't looked at the numbers for the house that will be in January but with the current make up 27 state delegations are controlled by the GOP. Hopefully Democrats have flipped enough seats so this isn't the case but it is something to keep in mind.

We got this far because little by little, any semblance of order and checks and balances has been dismantled. This country has apparently shown that despite its cries of liberty and freedom, many really want someone to tell them what to do and how to think.

I was hoping this election would stomp out any fears of a potential dictatorship, but many have normalized the resident's behavior, and in this case, more support it than they did four years ago. It's truly a sad state of affairs.
