I personally would like to see Adam Schiff, because this is someone that pisses Republicans off the most, however that risks losing a seat in the House.

Karen Bass maybe? I honestly don't know much about California politics. Dream would be Katie Porter since she's my favorite congress person, BUT from what I understand she's not in a safe blue district, so probably not.
