Hello everyone, hope you are having fun while slaying the scourge one last time.

In the meantime Guilds of WoW is a platform being evolved day by day. Since my first post, which was 2 years ago, site gained a lot momentum. So I would like to inform you 'fellow citizens of Azeroth' who didn't hear about this platform before.

Guilds of WoW (or basically GoW) is a full fledged guild management & recruitment platform designed solely for World of Warcraft. It's integrated with official Battle.Net APIs and other WoW services like wowprogress, Raider.IO or warcraftlogs. There are almost 2000 guilds and 20000 players registered so far. So here are some of the aspects that what GoW can achieve;

- You can create your stylish guild page within seconds. Here are a few sample guild pages for your eyes. You can customize your own page with various customization options.

- You also have the option of hosting your site with a custom domain. It's quite something like this;

- There's a full fledged recruitment process. You can setup your questions and recruits may apply to your guild by selecting their character. Then you can chat with applicants within a chat thread including all guild recruitment officers. Application gets to completed state if applicant joins your guild.



- There are a lot of reporting sections on GoW. You can view your recruitment reports, guilds have performance reports and players have detailed character reports. Here are some sample reports for ya;

- GoW also provides advanced audit reports. You can view guild performance by generally and weekly. Here's a sample audit report for you.

- You can create events for your teams. New upcoming events will be created automatically by the system periodically. Players can select attendance on platform directly. Guess what? There're also detailed reports on your upcoming events.

- You can create teams for your guild. This way you can can set different rosters and view detailed reports for these teams. Audits and other charts will be curated for your team. Highlighted teams will be shown on your guild home page. You may also have a glance on your team poster.

- You can create posts for your news or announcements. Posts can be set public to be visible to everyone. Images or videos can directly be uploaded to your gallery.

- Guildies can be granted permissions to share the burden of management.

- You can search and apply to guilds by using various filters or by selecting one of your characters.

- Public recruits can be used for listing your characters for recruitment. Guild officers can contact you for further conversation. If you are a recruitment officer you can also create alerts to be notified about new public recruit listings.

- GoW is integrated with Twitch. You can set your guild streamers to inform your guild followers about live streams.

- Discord webhooks can be used to send notifications directly to your guild Discord channel. You can customize which channels you would like to receive from.

This also needs a functionality to list ALL guilds, even if it's not registered. Wowprogress is outdated but has a lot of good functionality.
Raider io interface for guilds/realm/people sucks.

So imo you should compete with wowprogress.

Thanks for your message buddy. This project's main aim is to support the management and guild roster with specialized features. But maybe in the future things may have a wind of change who knows

And that is what you are missing because part of guild management is recruitment. And super important thing about finding yourself a new guild is seeing all other competing guilds on your realm based on progress, seeing people in that guild regardless if guild likes it or not.

Ofc this's a thing I'm considering. But what I can say is that in the short run this won't be my focus. In the future why not.
Btw you can sort guilds by progress by clicking 'SORT' button right now. This's not the complete thing you have mentioned but before applying you can view the guild realm rank this way.

Hello everyone. I've some new patch notes for you

- Audits now include legendary item and professions. They also effect characters' general score.

- Now for all Tier 2+ guilds it's not mandatory to trigger guild sync only from management dashboard. All guildies can trigger guild sync via roster, stats and audit pages.
- Events experience was not the best, especially while creating upcoming events. Now with a unified experience you can manage all weekly events and upcoming events directly on guild event management page.

Hello guys, a new version has just arrived. This version consists some bug fixes and following event management changes;

- You can set separate webhook urls for weekly events. This way you can target specific Discord channels for different events. This change will be better harmonious with team bound events and event reminders when completed,
- You can now set maximum level and max attendance for your events.

A new version has just arrived. With this version I've changed some minor UI changes and added Buffs & Utilities tab to all guild, team and event breakdowns.

Simply visit your detail page and navigate to breakdowns and click Buffs & Utilities tab.

You can access audit reports for your guild including GoW specific weekly and general scoring. Now also available for Tier 2+ guilds.

In addition to that Guilds of WoW has some new updates for you

- Now all tier2+ guilds can export their audit report including all character data to spreadsheets. Simply navigate to your audit page and click 'Options' button. (Available only for guildies)

- Windows desktop application has been updated to a newer technology. This infrastructure is kinda new so it'll be enhanced by time but I highly encourage you to install or update the Windows application. If you have previously installed you may need to uninstall first.
