    "The voice of ..."

    What's with these guys calling themselves the voice of "beings" that cannot speak?

    I mean, you could say it kind of makes sense for Magni to be raised as the voice of Azeroth since she was still alive and could be somehow controlling him. But the Arbiter just got hit by a strange red power and stopped functioning entirely but somehow this "Honored Voice" is still asking people to do things on behalf of her, and talking like what he says is what she wants. Like sure let's waste all our anima just because you say so.

    These entities are thought to be created with a mindset so close to their masters that it can be assumed their words translate directly to their will. See some versions of the Metatron and the Adeptus Custodes in 40k.
