Torghast Legendary not dropping?

So I've done the Coldheart Torghast Layer 3 twice solo now and yet no legendary? Is something going on?

This is for the Legacy of the Frost Witch...

Is it a low drop chance or am i doing something wrong?

Can we do repeat runs or is it only one shot at it a week?

I got all Torghast Leggys on my first run at the appropriate difficulty right away. So not sure what to tell you.

An important thing to look at is what hall and the tier requirements you need to receive your lego. Are you sure that you need Coldheart 3? Or maybe one of the other 2 halls for that wing at layer 5. They rotate weekly and you might have to wait. Also like I said before some legos drop for layer 5+ so watch out for that.

RNG is RNG i currently have all the legs that drops from duns and F3 torghast withour faming a single one

I got mine on layer 6

I believe I got it on layer 5.

So just did layer 4 and no drop... this is frustrating.

So guys can i repeat run layers 3/4 to try get it or can you not repeat run if you've already got the soul ash reward for that layer?

You can repeat it all you want. But you should just go higher layer. Have you tried Torghast as resto? It's much easier.
