He claimed Raza was naughty, and due to the Christmas theme (I think confirmed with Jack Skelington's role card), the guilty equivalent for this game is "naughty". He basically claimed cop, or perhaps a pseudo cop (has an investigation role, but not a cop, perhaps a jack of all trades or maybe from getting 5 gifts)
