Very well in AoE, terrible in ST. Which is about what I expected, so I can't say I am disappointed.

Numbers wise, fel bombardment might be good for AoE but it feels really clunky to play. I prefer collective anguish, really good AoE, good single target and really good self heal which lets you ignore some mechanics (just take the damage and heal with CA).
