EDIT: what kind of intermittent fasting would give the best results to lose weight assuming I HAVE low test level so hormonal defficiency?
Cut out sugar everywhere you can. Sleep more. Be more active. Even a 15 minute walk at lunchtime or after work every day will do wonders for you. Eat whole foods and avoid processed foods as much as you can. Lift some weights. You can sub dumbbells with Tide detergent bottles, milk jugs, etc. Be creative!

If you are really worried, go see an endocrinologist and get some tests done.

I couldn't manage Intermittent fasting unless I was low carb. Then I was never hungry after two weeks. I was eating 1260 calories average. Working a job where I walked 8 miles constantly lifting stuff.

I had coffee for breakfast and a 1000 calorie dinner.

After two months I lost about 50 pounds and I've kept it off.

Sounds extreme but trying to eat healthier when it was high carb and working out I was always hungry and craving. This was a cake walk and I followed it up with lifting and things haven't been better. (I will say tho if your going super ham for an hour or two. I get a drained weaker feeling with out eating 30 carbs or so that day.)

Edit: oh and the first week of cutting out sugar and low carb got rid of heart burn I've had for 15 years and got rid of any depression, empty feeling id get from time to time.

    Nofap is ''bro-science''

You won't be able to significantly increase your testosterone levels with only natural supplements(oil,d3, tribulus, zink etc). This is because these natural supplements only bit stimulate male testes to produce slightly more hormone. Physically and mentally, you are not feeled significant changes.
Significant changes can be made only in the case of the use of medical (by prescription of doctor, most often) pharmacology(GHRP-2,PT-141, EPO,AAS and other shit), which has serious side effects, which need to be discussed with doctors to prevent harm to your health.

No fapping is huuuge, stop fapping for 4 week and watch how much energy you gain. I'm not going to get into politics (It's almost illegal to say anything bad about this country, no its not the USA) but in the early 2000s a country invaded another country and the first thing they did was take over the broadcasting networks and broadcast porn 24/7...There's a theory that floats around that societies that are more liberal around freely expressing sexuality start to decline. Haven't looked into great detail but it's commonly known Rome was an example of this.

Working out/exercising also helps boost testosterone.

Cutting trans fat can also help boost testosterone and sperm count.

Soy is also well known for lowering testosterone.

Found the book that started the theory.. Can't link it but its on amazon and called In Sex and Culture (1934). Was still working through my first cup of coffee when I typed that.
Book description: Unwin studied 80 primitive tribes and 6 known civilizations through 5,000 years of history and found a positive correlation between the cultural achievement of a people and the sexual restraint they observe.

Omg that's quite a crazy train you went on there.

Uhm, how in the hell is any of that tied to testosterone levels?

To the OP, don't ever stop jerking it. It's the new white nationalist old wives tale that masturbating lowers your testosterone levels. So actually if you want to get technical, the riot on the Capitol was caused because people didn't masturbate enough. So masturbate or become a home grown terrorist is the takeaway there.

Seriously though, masturbating is probably the healthiest thing a person can do with themselves. It's literally your entire body unclenching all at the same time, like a full body sigh.
    I'm a thread killer.

Friend decided to do some fasting diet, went vegan in less than 12 months he lost 30kgs, dropped bmi to 3%, gain some 10kgs of muscles and raised his testosterone level to higher than a teenager (he is 41). Now he walks 20km each day, can do 400+ pushup at once and so on but everything he did was just by changing what he eats....

I had a friend that did the same. His penis grew to 12 inches and is now constantly erect. He also got promoted 4 times and is now a billionaire. Changing what you eat really makes a difference, especially if you go vegan.

For example, in a more puritan society, this shit still goes on. A lot. A helluva lot (look at Victorians), they just keep it behind closed doors and don't talk about it.
People don't have less weird, freaky and wacky sex by any means, they just don't talk about it.

Hell, if you think the Spartans weren't getting freaky every moment they could, you are sadly mistaken.

Seriously, stop with the "bro-science" shit, and to quote a theorem from 1934 of all fucking things is hilarious. They still believed eugenics was a thing, and Phrenology was a valid science. Sory man, but that is some serious Grade-A shit you just quoted right there and has no basis in reality.
The beauty of the internet you can find your own echo chamber that supports your own argument.. While im not attached to the 1934 theory, mostly shared it as an alternative perspective.. There's plenty of medical documents and support groups out there highlighting the benefits of not fapping. I recommend OP giving it a try for 4 weeks and watch how his life changes.. It's going to be challenging because just like any drug that releases dopamine people become addicted.

Exercising has proven to increase your testosterone levels.

Also, your argument wasn't about fapping, but sexual restraint as a whole. You basically backpedalled, then tried to frame it as if somehow I am just making a weird claim.
Only one sadly here making a bizarre claim is yourself, and yes, you're correct in you can find anything on the 'net to prove an argument. But that wasn't what was said.

Ah well, keep smoking whatever it is you're smoking, dude. I give up.
No back pedaling here sir, but thanks for reminding me why I don't on here.. toxicity, next time instead of trying to fight with someone on the internet please read the whole thread or at least the whole page lol.
