Any effect that rapidly heals out of combat (like Fighter Chow)?

Any effect in shadowlands that can passively heal you out of combat while you are free to mount, move and whatnot else?

In Legion it was a food called Fighter Chow and for 1 hour provided a buff that quickly healed you when you were out of combat, great for leveling up on classes that have slow/stationary healing.

There is one flask that does this in Sl, can be bought off the AH. Forgot the name.
