I hate to speculate. Nah, I love to speculate, I just hate to be wrong in public.

So here's what we know:

1) NYState is gunning for him hard. Honestly, Trump running for office might have been the dumbest thing he could have done, in terms of hiding all his immoral and illegal activity. Deutsche Bank and the NY AG are going to each grab a floor of Trump Tower and make a wish. His taxes are going to splash into multiple courts. His businesses are already desperate to lose money at a lower rate than they already are, and both the "school" and the "charity" were shut down for being frauds. His real estate empire is next on the chopping block, and Cohen's sharpening the axe.

2) Meanwhile Florida might want him, but his neighbors do not. Trump signed a contract saying nobody, including Trump, could live at Mar-a-lago forever. He can't stay there, either.

3) In addition to his taxes, he could face any number of charges when he leaves office that Bar was able to suppress. Hell, Mueller might even slap the cuffs on. You heard what he said under oath, that he couldn't pursue charges against a sitting fatass. That ends in a couple weeks. And Mueller said that before, say, the Georgia phone call. Or Trump keeping all his campaign funds for himself.

4) Scotland has some...interesting banking laws, but I don't imagine Trump is popular there, either. And Scotland will extradite. Especially if they want to join the EU, filled with countries, leaders, and people who hate Trump because of all those things Trump did.

Simply put, due to Trump's words and actions, there is no safe space for Trump. As much as I'd love to see the rabid fanbase defend Trump hiding in Russia, I don't see that as realistic. He can't yell "Russia hoax!" into his podcast, from Russia, and still get American sponsors.

No, in the end, he'll return to the US for three reasons.

1) Other countries don't speak English. Trump probably thinks Gaelic is something on PornHub.

2) Pence could pardon Trump, and Trump could take his chances with "only state charges" in NY, trusting he's too rich and too white to go to jail.

3) We find out all the shit he did that we didn't know about, and he's dragged back in shackles.

Honorable Mention: the divorce judge Melania draws demands Trump show up in person, or Melania gets all the money, children, and access to the Trump brand name.

It's not necessarily a dumb question. A vaguely similar concept (fIPV) has been used in polio vaccination to manage shortages of inactivated vaccine.

It's already a two dose process. You get the first shot and then get another a week or two later. This is only about the optics of the vaccination and has nothing to do with actually helping people.

I think people are answering a question that doesn't need answering about 2/3 rds of the vaccines we have aren't being distributed. It's not about doses the government is bungling the distribution, it doesn't matter if you have 330 million doses the Trump administration can't get the basic logistics right.
