We should've all seen this coming after Trump called for his Proud Boys to stand back and stand by. Then the months long multiple fights against each states results. Then the weeks of saying the election was fraudulent (Which by the way approximately a third of the US believes is true, which by the way it's been disproven multiple times and has zero evidence to back it up.)

The DC police did fail. They didn't stop the Nazis. As I stated, they are very capable of doing it, because they do it all the time. That means many of them were siding with the Nazis.

Yet they're only willing to deploy the Police when Trumpers storm the Capitol.
