It usually is a 6 day program for most. For a while I actually did pull and legs in the same day because of my schedule. I went cyclical based on my muscle recovery and needing a day for intense cardio for tough mudder. Originally Posted by notJoyful

Sire finally down (so 10/10n), after a 300k wipe on our last attempt last week. Now we're already 1/10 heroic and moving on!
