As for me being utterly unemployable. Was a high school graduate with 2 years of college and no criminal record. Didn’t graduate college because I ran out of cash trying to go to school while trying to support myself at the time.

After that job, was virtually impossible because the employers around here didn’t want someone who was going to finish school and go to something better while the higher stuff didn’t want to give anyone a chance until after college was covered and saw on the job training as almost a sin.

But love how you tried to insult me to dodge the acknowledgment of the situation me and countless others have been in before to avoid accepting that your “choice” wasn’t really a choice.

Also love how you completely ignore all the already proven abuses of such a system in our own history and why the practice was abolished to begin with.

Edit: also this was a while back when I was younger and we were still hurting really bad from the economic collapse for me. But doesn’t change the fact that that reality is true for countless other people and their choices aren’t choices and doesn’t change the abuses the system you support is already proven to lead to.

Before the 3 years I was unemployed I had started a business with a friend of mine where I worked 60 hour weeks and even had the local Best Buy sending us the stuff they couldn’t fix but we eventually went under and I left town for work and got a job where English was the second language who turned around and fired me and about 11 other people because the machine we were on kept jamming and rather than think it might be breaking since it was 46 years old, they decided we were just trying to jam it for breaks. Got rid of us and the following week it broke down for good but we were already gone by then and I spent months living off 1
Meal every 3 days just trying to hold on while job hunting before I was forced to “choose” to come back around where I was before otherwise I could “choose” to be homeless or invest in a drug trade as cocaine was very popular around there but I am against that stuff and so decided not to be a hypocrite and criminal.


Now, stop making excuses to deny the flaws in your logic and just accept reality isn’t what you want it to be.

Applied for multiple jobs at the local hospital, had applied for a helper for a heating and air and multiple other jobs but when these places are flooded with applicants it makes things harder and less likely any particular person gets it unless they have previous qualifications you can’t get without first having the job previously.
